This entry to the competition resulted from careful consideration of the context of the site and its size, shape and water frontage.

The aim was to encourage different activities in each zone to give an interesting and varied urban form and environment.

The scheme provides residential, tourist and commercial precincts which are related to the existing built form along the edge of the site.

Open spaces, active areas and water connections are integral parts of the scheme.
