We are proud to announce that John Bokor has been added to the shortlist for the prestigious Sulman Award for his 2019 entry, Four thirty pm.
The Sulman prize is one of Australia's longest-running art prizes, having been established in 1936. It is now held concurrently with the Archibald Prize, Australia's best known art prize, and also with the Wynne prize, at the Art Gallery of NSW. The Sulman Prize is awarded for the best subject painting, genre painting or mural project by an Australian artist and all finalists are displayed in an exhibition at the Gallery.
Congratulations to John Bokor.
