22 Giffnock Avenue is a multi-storey commercial building constructed in 2013. bokor architecture + interiors was approached by Jones Lang Lasalle to create a more contemporary feel for the facade and interior of the building. bokor designed and documented a new entry lobby and cafe, giving it a sleek, contemporary look. Timber detailing was incorporated into the foyer design to create warmth on entry with new timber floors and feature ceiling.

The existing waiting area, upgraded with new carpet, furniture with a greenwall backdrop, provides a space for informal meeting with clients. A new cafe with marble and stainless steel counters provides an additional service for tenants.

The exterior facade upgrade included the design and documentation of custom metal louvres providing a strong horizontal design feature. bokor also designed an extension to the lobby to create a safe and accessible entrance from the carpark. A free standing timber portal blends seemlessly with new landscaping installed at the front of the building.
