bokor architecture + interiors developed a number of concept options for this brand new building on a challenging site which considered the context of the site, building typology, sustainability, spatial flexibility and the wellbeing of the staff and user groups who would occupy the space.

The design goal for the Shellharbour Services Depot was to provide a flexible series of spaces that allowed  optimum occupant usability and wellbeing, to provide a building with a long, durable and efficient design life, and to provide a building that fits comfortably into the family of public buildings under the Shellharbour City Council umbrella.

As well as the design development and construction documentation, bokor was also involved in tender and contract management as well as engaging and managing  all of the subconsultants.
