Construction of a baiting facility for NSW local land services to include the following: bait mixing, store & cold rooms, vet facility, multi-propose room, and driveway with port cochere for access and drop-off. The building consists of administration and office spaces as well as sterile spaces to safely conduct baiting with animals.

The bokor scope includes the engagement and co-ordination of services consultants and authorities as well as site attendance through construction phase.
