A project currently in the works, the Epping Community Centre and Library will have a total refurbishment and additional level added to the existing building.

The design is minimalist and contemporary to rejuvinate the area and encourage participants to the facility. Using natural materials, the design of the Epping Community Centre and Library is environmentally consciousmeeting all green star requirements.
