A presentation proposal was put together to the Geraldton Port Authority for a new building on a vacant block of land along Marine Terrace in Geraldton. Two storeys of office spaces with ground floor car parking were proposed.

bokor architecture + interiors were responsible for creating new facilities including several meeting and board rooms, large open place office spaces, tea rooms and staff amenities.

Three dimensional perspectives were presented, along with sketch plan floor layouts.
