To coincide with the launch of their new corporate identity, Redcape Hotel Group engaged bokor architecture + interiors to design their new HQ in the former Dunlop factory at Birkenhead Point. The heritage significance of the site was a major consideration with the use of recycled materials and furniture complimenting the existing raw materials. The design offers a variety of accommodation styles to support the agile working environment that reflects the lively, hardworking and fun work ethic with the feeling of a live entertainment venue. Environmental branding gives context to the company’s brand & environmentally sustainable finishes are used throughout.
