Local Land Services partnered with bokor architecture + interiors to provide an office with modern open plan, collaborative and connected work space including an agile work environment and touch down spaces for visiting staff. Works also include a bait/vet facility which is nearing completion.

bokor have incorporated agile workstations to create a flexible workplace environment, lockers for staff, electronically height adjustable desks to comply with WHS principles, meeting rooms of various sizes for different uses, collaboration spaces, quiet/focus rooms, secure interview rooms, utility areas, and marketplace area with kitchenette facilities and flexible seating.

The project also includes services upgrades and building fabric upgrades, including new floor coverings, new ceiling, new LED lighting, new HVAC, new electrical and data cabling, new toilets/amenities, compliant disability access throughout, window furnishings, acoustic treatment, external seating area, provision of electronic vehicle charging, and provision of solar power to the office building and bait/vet shed.
